BioFlex^®  Portable Flexible Film Vapour Phase Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilising Enclosure

Portable flexible film sterilising enclosure manufactured in a range of sizes to suit individual requirements.  The enclosures are designed to enable suitable equipment and  materials to be sterilised or decontaminated using the Bioquell or Steris  H₂O₂ Bio-Decontamination Units.

Features Available

• Flexible PVC canopy with large gas-tight integral access zip, providing a roll up opening to allow easy loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Optional hinged door with integral sealing for loading/unloading.
• Tubular stainless steel canopy support frame with alloy key-clamp joints.
• Adjustable height feet for static installation or mounted on castors for mobility.
• High quality rigid PVC worktop.
• Larger enclosures available with raised perforated stainless steel floor panels to support equipment internally and a sectioned rigid aluminium loading ramp.
• HEPA filtered supply and exhaust ventilation with centrifugal fan. Provides additional purging and maintains the enclosure at positive pressure for storage of the sterilised equipment or materials inside the canopy.
• Camlock supply and exhaust couplings compatible with Bioquell or Steris H₂O₂ generator hoses.
• Magnehelic differential pressure gauge provides continuous analogue display of canopy pressure.
• Internal circulation fan.
