Softwall Cleanroom Systems

BioFlex^® Softwall Cleanroom Systems provide a low cost portable, temporary or permanent clean or controlled environment where required, without the need for a specially constructed building or special services.

Features Available

• Can be designed to enclose a single piece of equipment or a complete manufacturing process, while providing the particular grade of air quality to suit the application.
• The design can incorporate a wide range of features and can be tailored to specific requirements. 
• The softwall cleanroom can also be modified or extanded after installation, should the requirements change.
• Softwall cleanrooms are normally supplied with modular self contained HEPA or ULPA filtered ventilation units and sealed lighting systems, but can be connected to existing room ventilation if required.
• Additional services such as electrical power, gas and water can be interfaced through the flexible canopy walls.
• Internal shelving and worktops can be included and manufactured from a range of suitable materials.
• Support frames are manufactured from polished stainless steel tubing with alloy key-clamp joints or from epoxy coated mild steel box section.
• Support framework is mounted on adjustable feet or on castors if mobility is required.
• The canopy is manufactured from RF welded flexible clear PVC with translucent or opaque wall panels if required.
• Static dissipative PVC materials are also available.
• Range of access door systems available in rigid PVC materials, flexible PVC overlapping strip, gas-tight zip and Velcro.
• Transfer chambers can be incorporated into the flexible walls for the aseptic transfer of materials.
• Dimensions to suit individual needs.
